Jeffrey N. LabovitchJeffrey N. Labovitch  is an associate with the law firm of Riedl, McCloskey & Waring LLP. His practice focuses mainly on advising insurance companies with respect to general insurance coverage and representing insurance companies in litigation arising from claims for coverage involving environmental and toxic tort claims, advertising injury claims, and other complex cases, including claims of bad faith.

Mr. Labovitch began his legal career as an associate with the firm of Nemecek & Cole in Sherman Oaks, California, where his practice focused mainly on general business litigation and legal malpractice. After Nemecek & Cole, Mr. Labovitch was corporate counsel for the trading card giant The Upper Deck Company, LLC, where he negotiated signature and licensing agreements with some of the top athletes in the world including Roger Clemens, Albert Pujols, Nolan Ryan and the estates of Babe Ruth, Ted Williams and Jackie Robinson.

Mr. Labovitch received his Bachelor of Science degree (1998) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. (2002) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Mr. Labovitch was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2002 and is a member of the San Diego County and American Bar Associations.
